What is the legal test for determining whether one objective is more important than the other?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Blatherwick v Blatherwick, 2015 ONSC 2606 (CanLII):

No one objective is of overriding importance in all cases: see Moge ante; Bracklow v. Bracklow, 1999 CanLII 715 (SCC), [1999] 1 S.C.R. 420. The objectives rank pari passu and, in any particular case, one of the objectives may be more important than the others. Accordingly, the weight to be given to each objective will vary from case to case.
