What is the normal age of retirement for Canadian flight attendants?

Canada (Federal), Canada

The following excerpt is from Thwaites et al. v. Air Canada and Air Canada Pilots Association, 2011 CHRT 11 (CanLII):

In Campbell v. Air Canada (1981), 2 C.H.R.R. D/602, age 60 was found to be the normal age of retirement where approximately 81% of Canadian flight attendants were required to retire at that age according to the terms of their collective agreement. In Canadian National Railway v. Prior (1983), 4 C.H.R.R.D/268, where 60% of the employees were subject to mandatory retirement at age 65, this age was found to be the normal age of retirement.
