Dalfort, 2007 BCSC 1556, Shabbits J. at para. 46, finding that the parties lived as marriage partners, stated: The parties maintained financial independence, but every other aspect of their relationship bore the hallmarks of a marriage-like relationship. This included living together, an exclusive sexual relationship, joint recreational activities, joint vacations, and joint entertaining.
