How should a plaintiff's left breast injury be treated separately from the right breast injury?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Kingston v Warden, 2017 BCSC 794 (CanLII):

Counsel for the plaintiff took the position that the left breast injury should be considered separately, citing Gregory v. Penner, 2010 BCSC 22. The plaintiff in that case suffered a ruptured breast implant and the non-pecuniary award for that injury was assessed separately from the other injuries. I am not satisfied I should adopt that approach in the circumstances of this case.
