The Lawyer was suspended on an interim interlocutory basis on March 28, 2017 and on an interlocutory basis on May 17, 2017 (Law Society of Upper Canada v. Lesperance, 2017 ONLSTH 164). He has also been administratively suspended under six separate summary orders, the first two of which were issued on April 5, 2017.
