What is the test for constructive trust in common law provinces?

In Soulos v. Korkontzilas, 1997 CanLII 346 (SCC), [1997] 2 S.C.R. 217 McLachlin J. (as she then was) held at para. 25: I conclude that the law of constructive trust in the common law provinces of Canada embraces the situations in which English courts of equity traditionally found a constructive trust as well as the situations of unjust enrichment recognized in recent Canadian jurisprudence. 3.1 Unjust Enrichment

Unjust enrichment is commonly used in disputes involving property after the breakdown of a cohabitational relationship. Becker v.
