Is a contract enforceable if the contract contains no representations, warranties, guarantees or promises other than those set out in this contract?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Grewal v. Singh, 2003 BCSC 1836 (CanLII):

Further, the agreement includes an entire agreement clause in the following terms: “[T]here are no representations, warranties, guarantees, promises or agreements other than those set out in this contract.” The plaintiff argues that without such agreements or representations, the description of the land to be conveyed is uncertain and the contract is therefore void. She relies on Turney v. Zhilka, 1959 CanLII 12 (SCC), [1959] S.C.R. 578, 18 D.L.R. (2d) 447.
