Is there any case law in favour of an injunction to prevent a company from going into liquidation?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Fibron Machine Corp. v. Sawley, 1999 CanLII 6722 (BC SC):

Fibron relied, as well, on Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District v. Ambassador, supra, for the principle that the fact that an injunction may force a defendant out of business is not necessarily a ground for refusing it. In that case, there was a specific finding that the defendant was not a going concern with an unlimited future. The evidence here establishes that the defendants are a going concern. The extent to which they may succeed in the marketplace is an unknown.
