In a personal injury action, is there any attempt by either party to improperly reveal information to each other?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Agentis Information Services Inc. v. West Coast Title Search Ltd., 1997 CanLII 2175 (BC SC):

In my view, any such attempt by either party to improperly reveal sensitive information would attract the appropriate condemnation by the court. As noted in Hunt v. T & N, at 120, the implied undertaking not to use the documents for any purpose outside the action may be enforced by proceedings for contempt.
