What is the current state of the law with respect to mobility?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from S.B.C. v. F.A.C., 2013 BCSC 211 (CanLII):

Maximizing contact with both parents is an important factor insofar as it is in the best interests of the child. However it is not an absolute bar on mobility especially in cases where the custodial parent is willing to facilitate the other parent’s reasonable access to the child: Falvai v. Falvai, 2008 BCCA 503, at para. 32.
