50 I do not find it necessary to comment on the need in this country for an exigent circumstances doctrine, such as that which has been developed in the United States of America; see: Wayne v. United States of America, 318 F. 2d 205 (1963). I am of the view that there were no exigent circumstances facing the police officers in this case.
