What is the test for establishing that identification evidence is sufficient to establish prima facie case?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from U.S.A. v. Mendoza, 2016 BCSC 1297 (CanLII):

When I apply the principles to which I have referred to the circumstances of this case, I conclude that the identification evidence, viewed in its totality and appraised “holistically” is sufficient to establish a prima facie case that the respondents were the persons who engaged in the alleged conduct: see United States v. Graham, 2007 BCCA 345, leave to appeal dismissed at [2007] 3 S.C.R. xi (note).
