What are the serious issues to be tried on an appeal by the husband against the husband's appeal against the Husband's Agreement of Divorce?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from R.S.M. v. M.S.M., 2005 BCSC 1578 (CanLII):

Having said that, I am respectfully unable to find that there are serious issues to be tried on the husband’s appeal. On the question of fairness of the Agreement as it relates to the division of assets, many of the suggested errors involve findings of fact, and the husband has not provided persuasive authority that there has been reversible error. The decision of this Court in Dehart v. Dehart, 2005 BCSC 1152, relied upon by the husband, is factually quite different.
