In looking at these factors and the case at hand I have reviewed a number of decisions relating to human rights appeals and find the words of Richards J.A. in Owens v. Saskatchewan (Human Rights Commission), 2006 SKCA 41, [2006] 7 W.W.R. 433, to be quite helpful when looking at the four-part test to determine the standard of review. Commencing part way through para. 33, Richards J.A. states:
