In what circumstances can a court order full access to the home of a husband who has been ordered to move with his children to his parents?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Flores v. Flores, 2020 ONSC 5809 (CanLII):

In Kokaliaris v. Palantzas, the evidence indicated that the father had been planning to or was staying with his parents. In this case, the husband needs full access to the home to ready it for sale and to sell it. The wife can stay with her mother and, in fact, had been planning to be able to move with the children to her mother’s home.
