Can a court order all court-ordered sales of a personal injury property be exempt from all court ordered sales?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from Starko v. Starko, 1992 CanLII 6197 (AB QB):

Therefore, Walsh J.A.'s words in Regal Distributors v. Freele, supra, could not have been intended to exempt the proceeds from all court-ordered sales. They should be restricted to sales arising under legislation aimed at the same purpose as the Exemptions Act, s. 1(1)(k), i.e., the protection of creditors.
