How has the Court considered the evidence of long distance telephone calls, long distance phone calls, and photos of trips and visits?

Canada (Federal), Canada

The following excerpt is from Gadey v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2007 CanLII 69119 (CA IRB):

As set out in the case of Tae v. Canada[6] I have considered the evidence of the long distance telephone calls, the fund transfer, and the photos of trips and visits. I agree that there is evidence of communication and visits. However, the evidence is not conclusive in itself of the genuineness of a marriage just as a child is not conclusive of a genuine marriage. The appellant and applicant must be credible and significant concerns raised at the hearing must be explained. I find that I am not convinced the appellant and applicant are credible for reasons outlined elsewhere, and significant unexplained concerns remain.
