On March 18, 2019 Sweeny J. removed the trustees and replaced them with an estate trustee during litigation: Lanari v. Kay, 2019 ONSC 1506. The new trustee then entered into mediation with the children about their various lawsuits. They came to a comprehensive settlement which is reflected in written minutes. A term of the settlement is that it be kept confidential.
