What are the costs awarded in a personal injury case?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Booth v. Wakil-Booth, 2011 ONSC 133 (CanLII):

I have considered the divided success (re: the issues of child support and financial disclosure) and have also considered the principles outlined in Boucher v. Public Accountants such that costs awarded should be an amount that is fair and reasonable for the unsuccessful party to pay in the particular circumstances of the case rather than the amount fixed by the actual costs incurred by the successful litigant and that the expectations of the parties is a relevant factor.
