Is there any evidence that any of the seized items were tampered with?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from Netsmart Inc. v. Poelzer, 2002 ABQB 800 (CanLII):

The Defendants take exception to the fact that the seized items were placed into an unlocked room for one night although there is no evidence whatsoever that any of the seized items were tampered with. There was no independent supervising lawyer present contrary to the suggested procedure found in the judgment of Veit, J. in Richel v. Stevenson et al (1998), 1998 ABQB 1039 (CanLII), 235 A.R. 49.
