48. In support of their position, the applicants cite Tollasepp v. The Owners, Strata Plan NW 2225, 2020 BCCRT 481 where the CRT found at paragraph 58: There is no requirement that noise reach a certain decibel range in order to be considered unreasonable or a nuisance. Rather, it is an objective determination, based on a standard of reasonableness, and in consideration of all the relevant facts, which would include the age and material of the building.
