The criteria to be considered are as follows (Randall v. Hope, supra, (para. 48): (a) the complexity of the case, (b) the difficulty of establishing liability, (c) an assessment of the amount that may be recovered, (d) an assessment of the quantity and the nature of the work to be undertaken to achieve recovery, (e) the time that will be involved to completion of the case, (f) the risk undertaken by the law firm, including whether it agreed to carry disbursements, and (g) the special skill or knowledge required of counsel.
