It is clear that a court may restrain a breach of confidence. Indeed, as was noted in Prince Albert v. Strange (1849), 1 H. & Tw, 1, 47 E.R. 1302, "Where the privacy is the right invaded, the postponing of the injunction would be the equivalent to denying it [the right] altogether."
