The comments that J.S. and her mother are strong, consistent, credible and reliable witnesses without more are generic and conclusory descriptions that in the words of Justice Doherty in Law Society of Upper Canada v. Neinstein, at para. 66, are bald generalized assertions that defy appellate review.
