In considering the factors enumerated in Rule 20(5), the court has the jurisdiction to limit the scope of questioning. When appropriate, the court may order less onerous and expensive avenues to discover relevant information from third parties: Santilli v. Piselli, [2010] O.J. No. 2067, S.C.
