The following excerpt is from Dusome v. Maxwell, 1987 CanLII 3987 (ON CJ):
[31] In my opinion, the legislature having defined “support order” for the purposes of enforcement under the S.C.O.E.A, it is not now open to this court to impose a different definition, for example, as was done in Allen v. Morrison, supra, when considering the undefined term found in subsection 27(1) of the F.L.R.A. At pp. 126-27, the learned judge asked:
