In order to establish a constructive trust, the plaintiff must establish there has been an enrichment of the defendant, a corresponding deprivation of the plaintiff and an absence of any juristic reason for the enrichment: Tracy v. Instaloans Financial Solutions Centres (B.C.) Ltd., 2010 BCCA 357 at para. 22.
