The defendant says that the evidence supports a finding that the plaintiff is capable of and encouraged to continue with full-time employment. He argues that cases where the court has found a loss of a capital asset, quantification of the loss “usually involves some multiple or fraction of the plaintiff’s annual income”: Preece v. Leonard, 2014 BCSC 173 at para. 70.
