[67] I do not agree with this interpretation of Justice Aston’s position since, in this case, unlike the one before Justice Aston, no disposition order has been made. Therefore, I find that the case of Children s Aid Society of London and Middlesex v. Roxanne W., above, is distinguishable from this case since, there, a final disposition order of 12-month society wardship was made that exceeded the 24-month rule. In the present case, no disposition order has been made and therefore there has been no violation of the 24-month rule.
