What is the difference between a plaintiff’s medical history and the medical history of her injuries?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Morgan v. Scott, 2012 BCSC 1237 (CanLII):

I have concluded that the other decisions the defendant has relied on are similarly distinguishable. For example, in Ryan v. Klakowich, 2011 BCSC 835, Madam Justice Ross did not accept the plaintiff’s evidence about the severity and duration of her injuries. Rather, Ross J. found that the plaintiff was “a poor historian” and that she minimized the extent and duration of the injuries she had suffered in previous accidents.
