How have the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons treated the Complainant's claim that the College's actions prevented her from returning to work due to her mental health issues?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Complainant v. College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (No. 2), 2018 BCHRT 189 (CanLII):

The Complainant’s complaint is one that relies on the Tribunal making an inference that there is a nexus between her mental disability and the College’s actions which prevented her from returning to work. The fact that the complaint stands to be proven on an inference drawn from the alleged sequence of events does not mean it fails to disclose a contravention of the Code: Chang v. ILSC (Vancouver) and others, 2006 BCHRT 144, at para. 7.
