21 Further, other factors than the adequacy of the statutory remedy may come into play. Lamer C.J. put it this way, in Canadian Pacific Limited v. Matsqui Indian Band, supra, at p. 31: I do not believe that the category of factors should be closed, as it is for the courts in particular circumstances to isolate and balance the factors which are relevant.
