The case of Blue v. The Corporation of the Township of Esquimalt et al., 2004 BCSC 1241 was a lawsuit commenced by the mother of an infant as litigation guardian for her son as a result of a significant head injury he had suffered in a fall. After commencing the litigation, the mother stopped providing instructions to the law firm she had retained and apparently resolved to move herself and her son to France.
