How have the courts in Scotland dealt with a decision made by the Landlord and Landlord Board in relation to the sale of land in the area?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from Jones v. Bankeno Resources Ltd., 1987 CanLII 3350 (AB QB):

In this case, I do not believe that the board was demonstrably wrong in coming to the decision that it did. In coming to this conclusion, I have followed the procedure suggested by McDermid J.A. in Livingston v. Siebens [supra], at p. 491, namely, I have “started with the award of the board and considered what evidence there was relating to deals made in the area by oil companies and landowners and how, if the board had considered this evidence, as they should have, it would have affected their awards”.
