The Attorney General referred to Navarro v. Doig River First Nation, 2015 BCSC 2173, where, at paras. 19-20, Justice Dillon identified the interests of justice as the paramount consideration on an adjournment application, and set out a useful list of factors that may play a part in particular cases to assist the determination of whether an adjournment would be in the interests of justice.
