The assessment of internal photocopying is a “rough and ready” estimate to arrive at a sensible approximation of copies and expense. Presumptively, 25¢ per page is allowed. The allowance is presumptive, not absolute, because parties need to be encouraged to economize: Sovani v. Jin, 2006 BCSC 855.
