What is the test for an application for review of an order of a chambers judge?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Ma v. Vansanten, 2019 BCCA 176 (CanLII):

It is well-established that an application for review of an order of a chambers judge is not a re-hearing of the matter. Rather, the applicant must establish that the chambers judge erred in the approach taken to the application, or misapprehended the facts (see Haldorson v. Coquitlam (City), 2000 BCCA 672).
