What standard of review applies to mixed fact and law?

Canada (Federal), Canada

The following excerpt is from Canmar Foods Ltd. v. TA Foods Ltd., 2021 FCA 7 (CanLII):

The parties are in agreement that the applicable standard of review in this appeal is that established in Housen v. Nikolaisen, 2002 SCC 33, [2002] 2 S.C.R. 235. Questions of fact and mixed fact and law are therefore subject to the palpable and overriding error standard, while questions of law are reviewable on the standard of correctness.
