In Bolton v. City of Vancouver, Henderson J. refused to admit an unsworn written statement made two-and-a-half weeks after the accident to an adjustor who was working for a potential party. In the case before me, the circumstances are very similar, except that Exhibits B and C were taken even further in time from the event.
