TD Waterhouse requires the account holder to do the following prior to completing the mortgage advance (forms are provided as part of the Arm’s Length Mortgage Package): (a) Ensure there is sufficient cash in the account; (b) Complete and return the following forms: i. Mortgage details ii. Arm’s Length Declaration iii. Letter of Direction re: Funds iv. Arm’s Length Mortgage Agreement v. Pre-Authorization Debit Form (if applicable) (c) Provide a draft copy of the mortgage.
