Robertson should not be taken as authority for the proposition that a latent defect is one which is not readily apparent on a routine inspection, as opposed to one which is not apparent from an inspection, or inquiry. LaForme J.'s [page553] comment was made in the context of a case where specific inquiry had been made of the seller.
