What is the definition of the word structure?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Stroshin v. Parksville (City), 2010 BCSC 350 (CanLII):

In Hobday v. Nicol, [1944] 1 All E.R. 302 at 303-4, Humphreys J. had this to say on the definition of the word "structure": As I understand it, it is anything which is constructed; and involves the notion of something which is put together, consisting of a number of different things which are so put together or built together, constructed as to make one whole, which then is called the structure.
