Is a decision of the Court of Appeal Reviewable on the reasonableness standard?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from The Owners, Strata Plan NW 2575 v Booth, 2018 BCSC 1605 (CanLII):

In The Owners, Strata Plan BCS 1721 v. Watson, 2018 BCSC 164, Justice Pearlman held at para. 54 that decisions of the CRT are reviewable on the reasonableness standard. That was an appeal, rather than a judicial review, but the petitioner agrees that the same standard of review applies.
