Is there any case law that supports a requirement in BC's Strata Plan BC that STA occurs only in the operator's principal residence?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Ikbal v. Section 1 of The Owners, Strata Plan LMS 1866, 2021 BCCRT 5 (CanLII):

44. In my decision in Meloche v. The Owners, Strata Plan BC 478, 2019 BCCRT 230, I found that the requirement in the City’s bylaws that STA occur only in an operator’s principal residence meets the definition in the SPA for use "primarily as a residence”.
