26. The standard of care that applies to a strata corporation with respect to repairs and maintenance is reasonableness (see Weir v. Owners, Strata Plan NW 17, 2010 BCSC 784 at paragraph 23). When faced with a range of possible solutions to solve a problem, the fact that a strata chooses a good solution instead of the best solution does not render its approach unreasonable (see Weir at paragraph 28).
