How much time has been spent reviewing a group of medical records?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from McEwan v. McEwan Estate, 2015 BCSC 96 (CanLII):

The plaintiff produced two lists of documents which together disclose 47 items. Included in those items are a group of medical records. The plaintiff says that considerable time was spent reviewing these records. None of these documents were specifically identified during the course of the assessment, thus making it difficult to objectively measure the time required to conduct the review: Stapleton v. Charambidis, 2010 BCSC 1642.
