The following excerpt is from Al-Saati v. Fahmi, 2015 ONSC 1114 (CanLII):

In Smith v. Smith, supra, Langdon J. ordered that severance be granted, effective approximately six months from the date of his order, provided that the husband pay sums that Langdon J. had ordered in an earlier order; that he pay all child support and spousal support that had been ordered; and that he pay costs in full.
