What is the test for section 15(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Code?

The Appellant has not succeeded on any of the three steps in the section 15 analysis. He has not satisfied his burden of proof in establishing that his section 15 rights have been infringed. In Law v. Canada, Iacobucci J. stated at paragraph 51: ...
