This panel should only vary the order if Saunders J.A. was wrong in law or wrong in principle, or if she misconceived the facts: Haldorson v. Coquitlam (City) (2000), 3 C.P.C. (5th) 225, 2000 BCCA 672. For reasons that become obvious in a short summary of the history of the matter, I am not satisfied that this is the case and I would dismiss this application.
