Some objection to the standing of RSPLP was made when the parties were first before me seeking production of documents. I am uncertain whether there is any continuing objection to standing. If so, it is without merit. In my view, all applicants have an interest in the relief sought. All have standing in the Receivership proceedings in which the application is brought. They have statutory, legal or equitable rights to the proceeds of the sale of the assets and an interest in establishing RSPLP's interest in the asset in question. Pursuant to the criteria described in Fraser v. Houston, [1996] B.C.J. No. 2096, 66 A.C.W.S. (3d) 42 (S.C.), they have standing.
